Scottish Roundup is Mondays.
There may be a better chance of a wider audience on Wed or Thur.
But personally I'd suggest Friday lunchtime or mid-afternoon when the whole world are all bored and looking for a diversion.
So I'd raise the idea of publishing at late morning on a Friday.
